After shipping, the tracking number and shipping agency information will be shared via email.
Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
Delivery will be attempted three times, and if unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the company. Refunds will be provided after deducting the reverse shipping fee.
It’s important to provide a complete shipping address with the zip code and a mobile number for hassle-free delivery.
In case of delivery issues due to incorrect details, a refund will be given after deducting the reverse shipping fee.
If the tracking link shows the order as “Delivered,” but you haven’t received it, contact ciibyagama@gmail.com within 24 hours to investigate the issue with the courier service.
